Our Pastor
Our Mission
Our mission is to reach families and individuals who are hurting, feeling outcast and questioning their relationship with God. We will do this by showing love and acceptance and empowering them through friendships, family activities and Bible studies that will help maintain a growing relationship with people and God.
Our Values
We value Worship - The worship of God is our primary ministry, pursued with biblically-motivated zeal. We see worship as the place of exchange (our stuff for His stuff).
We value Prayer - In prayer we can partner with God, in seeing His kingdom rule in our lives and in the world. Prayer is a vehicle that allows us to grow our relationship with God.
We value Family - We are dedicated to strengthening and healing the family structure by preaching and teaching the Word of God. Fundamental to this value is the sanctity of marriage, biblical sexuality, and human life.
We value Leadership - Because the leadership will dictate (as God leads them) the outcome of the ministry.
We value Gifting - Having each person operating in their gifting, our church body will be effective in our community.
We value Acceptance - Each person has a past and God wants to show that His love reaches past who we are.
We value God’s Presence - A Holy Spirit-begotten climate of God’s love love is the atmosphere which most readily begets living hope, fosters true health, and produces practical holiness as Jesus’ Cross points us to a path of discipleship and a life free of condemnation...at rest in God’s grace.
Our Objective
To see the formation and development of…
- People who love and worship the Lord their God with all their being, and live in love and fellowship in Christ.
- People who love the Word of God and who are growing in obedience to it as they faithfully study it.
- People who live in the fullness of the Holy Spirit and who minister the witness and works of the kingdom.
- People who seek after things that are excellent and who are desirous of perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
- People who have compassion for the lost, a concern for witnessing and a commitment to becoming Christians that change the world.
- People who are equipped to minister and involve themselves in self-giving service to mankind in the name of Jesus.
- People who are controlled by the love of God, who speak the truth in love, and who seek the unity of the Body of Christ.
Our Vision
Our vision is to reconcile people to people and people to God. The Church should be a place where all people are equal, divided only by our level of hunger for God. A safe house that unites the hearts of all ethnicities through the vehicle of worship, and causes each person to see their need for others through the Word of God. Change of heart is the real goal. By breaking the walls that separate people from people, we open the doors for people to be reconciled to God. As this reconciliation happens with God, chains of the mind, body and soul are broken. As these chains are broken, the doors of healing, deliverance and true repentance swing open.
Reconciling people to God is a springboard for evangelism. Freed people that seek to free others through love, mutual respect, and stirring their hunger to know God on a daily basis. Ministry is walking in the power of God. Each believer should be seeking to be baptized (in-filled) with the Holy Spirit (The Spirit of God), so that we (the body of Christ) will be enabled to share the love of God with the world. We want to help each believer know who they are in Christ. This is foundational for those same freed people to remain free.
